In order for any salon to qualify as a C5A member it must be a certified salon and stockist of Redken products.
For every �1 the salon spends on Redken Color products it will earn 5 points. For every �1 the salon spends on Haircare, Styling or Texture products it will earn 3 points.
Redken reserves the right to amend the number of points awarded at any time.
The salon can redeem its points by consulting its Redken Sales Consultant.
The salon will receive a monthly statement of account itemising points earned and points spent that month. Please note that transactions occurring near to the end of the month may not register until your next statement.
Redken reserves the right to alter the goods available from the C5A Brochure at its own discretion.
If for any reason any item is unavailable Redken reserves the right to substitute goods shown for a similar item of similar function and value.
For most items, please allow 28 days from receipt of your order for your delivery. If the salon has not received any items within this period, please telephone the C5A hotline on 0208 762 4121.
All prices in this brochure apply only until the issue of the next C5A Brochure.
Redken reserves the right to withhold your C5A Points should the salon not produce a valid proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of an order or education booking, C5A Points will be deducted from your account immediately.
If the salon has insufficient points to redeem your benefits you can pay the balance with a credit card or cheque made payable to L�Or�al Golden Ltd and send it in to Redken Education, 255 Hammersmith Road, London W6 8AZ. Only once the cheque has been received will the order be processed.
Redken Points hold no monetary value and are only redeemable against items listed in this Brochure and Redken education courses.
Redken Points earned in 2009 may be used from 1st January 2009 and up to the 31st March 2010. 2009 Points cannot be used beyond the 31st March 2010.
Redken reserves the right to vary any aspect of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The information in this brochure is only valid for 12 months commencing on the 1st January 2009.
C5A Black Additional Terms & Conditions
To qualify as a C5A Black Salon you need to meet a minimum annual spend with Redken (amount to be confirmed by your Redken Sales Consultant upon request).
The salon must stock Redken permanent Color, Redken Styling and Redken Haircare products.
Redken reserves the right to award and remove C5A memberships at its own discretion.
Redken reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of eligibility for the C5A Black advanced reward programme as defined in point 1 above.
All standard Redken C5A Terms & Conditions apply as set out above.
